Diego Ibarra is a senior partner and Americas sustainability lead at Roland Berger, with over 20 years of experience in sustainability and energy transition. He advises clients in the energy, infrastructure, and industrial sectors on strategic and operational challenges related to decarbonization and sustainable value creation.

Diego’s previous roles include executive managing director at ENGIE Impact, where he led the strategy and implementation business in the Americas, as well as founder and partner at a sustainability consulting firm and earlier work at BCG. He brings deep expertise in advancing impactful, long-term sustainability strategies.
